What you get

A licence is easy. Everything around it is the work.

Anyone can sell you seats. Grid Dock takes responsibility for the whole connection — commercials, migration, mail health and the humans who answer when something breaks.

Better value than buying direct

Reseller agreements, annual commitment planning and right-sized editions mean you stop paying for seats and storage nobody uses. We audit your licence mix every renewal and tell you plainly where to trim.

Migration handled by engineers

Mail, calendars, contacts, shared drives and distribution groups move across with delta syncs and a rehearsed cutover window. Nothing is left behind and nothing bounces while it happens.

Deliverability configured properly

SPF, DKIM and DMARC published, aligned and moved to enforcement at a sensible pace — with reporting so you can see exactly who is sending on your domain and stop the ones who shouldn't be.

24/7 support from real people

One named account manager, a shared escalation channel and a support desk staffed around the clock. No ticket carousel, no reading a help centre article back to you.

Mixed editions across departments are absolutely fine — many customers run Starter for field staff and Plus for finance. We will structure it on one invoice.

Why a reseller

Same product. A considerably better landing.

Buying Google Workspace directly gets you a licence key and a self-service console. Buying through Grid Dock gets you a partner who has done this several thousand times and stays on the account afterwards.

What the dock looks like in practice

We measure ourselves on the things that actually go wrong during a platform change: lost mail, broken calendars, quiet inboxes and unanswered tickets.

2,000+Teams migrated and supported
99.9%Mail continuity through cutover
24/7Human support, every day
< 30mMedian first response, priority

A named account managerNot a queue. The same person for onboarding, renewals and the awkward questions.

Migration from Microsoft 365, Gmail or anywhere else

Exchange Online, on-prem Exchange, IMAP hosts, Zoho, legacy cPanel mail or a pile of personal Gmail accounts — we have moved all of them. Mailboxes, calendars, contacts, shared mailboxes, aliases and file stores land intact, with a delta sync on cutover night so nothing sent during the move goes missing.

Admin console set up the way it should be

Organisational units that mirror your real structure, groups that actually route, sensible sharing defaults, mobile policies, 2-step verification enforcement and role delegation for the people who need it. Handed over documented, so your IT lead is never guessing which toggle did what.

Deliverability that keeps you out of spam

We publish and align SPF, DKIM and DMARC, fold in every legitimate sender — CRM, invoicing, marketing platform, helpdesk — then move the policy to enforcement once reports are clean. You get monthly visibility into who is sending as your domain and what is being rejected.

Gemini AI in Workspace, switched on usefully

Drafting in Gmail, summaries in Docs, formulas in Sheets and meeting notes in Meet — enabled on the right editions, with clear internal guidance and data handling explained in plain language, so people actually use it instead of quietly ignoring it.

Local billing and clean invoicing

One consolidated invoice in your currency with the tax details your finance team needs, on the billing cycle you prefer. Departmental cost splits, purchase-order references and mid-term seat changes are all handled without a support ticket.

A dedicated account manager, not a queue

You get one person who knows your domain, your edition mix and your renewal date, backed by a support desk that runs around the clock. Quarterly reviews cover licence utilisation, security posture and anything Google has changed that affects you.

How it works

Three steps from first call to fully docked.

Most migrations run in one to three weeks depending on mailbox count and how much history is coming with you. You will know the date and the plan before anything moves.

Step 01

Scope and quote

A short call to understand headcount, current platform, mailbox sizes, shared resources and any compliance requirements. You get a written proposal with the right edition mix and a fixed migration plan.

  • Domain and DNS health check
  • Licence mix recommendation
  • Written migration runbook

Step 02

Build and migrate

We provision the tenant, verify your domain, build the org structure and groups, then run a full sync of mail, calendars, contacts and files while your old system stays live and untouched.

  • Pilot group tested first
  • Delta sync on cutover night
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC published

Step 03

Launch and look after

Cutover happens out of hours, we monitor mail flow for the first week, run onboarding sessions for staff, and hand over documentation. Then your account manager stays with you for the life of the contract.

  • Live staff onboarding sessions
  • Post-migration mail flow monitoring
  • Quarterly licence and security review
Security & deliverability

Locked down at the door. Trusted at the destination.

Two things decide whether a Workspace rollout is a success: whether attackers can get in, and whether your mail gets seen. Grid Dock configures both, then keeps watching them.

SPF, DKIM & DMARC

Records published and aligned across every legitimate sender, then walked from monitoring to quarantine to reject as the aggregate reports come back clean.

2-step verification enforced

Enrolment campaigns, grace periods and enforcement by organisational unit, with security keys or passkeys for admins and anyone handling sensitive data.

Data loss prevention

Rules that catch card numbers, identity documents and confidential file types before they leave the organisation — warning, blocking or quarantining as your policy demands.

Admin controls & audit

Least-privilege admin roles, device management, context-aware access and full audit logging, reviewed with you every quarter rather than left to drift.

Customer stories

The part people remember is the cutover.

Three teams who moved onto Google Workspace with Grid Dock, in their own words.

“We moved 240 mailboxes off Exchange over a Friday night and the first anyone knew about it was a nicer inbox on Monday. Not one ticket about missing mail. I had budgeted a fortnight of chaos and used none of it.”
Priya MenonHead of IT, Peregrine Retail
“Our sales mail had been landing in spam for months and nobody could tell us why. Grid Dock rebuilt our SPF, fixed a signing mismatch and had us at DMARC enforcement in six weeks. Reply rates recovered almost immediately.”
Daniel OkonkwoRevenue Operations Lead, Baywater Logistics
“What sold us was the account management. We have one person who knows our estate, flags unused licences before renewal and answers on a Sunday when a clinic loses access. That is worth far more than the console.”
Helena LindqvistOperations Director, Tessaract Health
Questions

Straight answers, before you commit.

If yours is not here, ask us directly — we answer every enquiry with a person, not a form response.

Yes — identical product, identical Google infrastructure, identical service level from Google. The only difference is who supplies and supports it. As an authorized reseller, Grid Dock provisions your tenant, handles billing, and becomes your first line of support, with a direct escalation path into Google when a case needs it. Your admin console, your data and your domain all remain entirely yours.

Request a quote and we will share pricing tailored to your team size, chosen editions and commitment term. Because the right answer depends on headcount, how many seats need the higher storage tiers and whether you commit annually, a single published figure would be misleading. Send us your numbers and you will have a written proposal, usually within one business day.

No. Your existing system stays live throughout. We run a full historical sync in the background first, test with a pilot group, then perform a delta sync at cutover so anything that arrived during the migration window is captured. The DNS change itself happens out of hours, and we monitor mail flow closely for the following week. In the rare case of a message routing oddly during propagation, it queues and delivers rather than bouncing.

Yes, and it is the migration we do most often. We move mailboxes with full folder structure, calendars including recurring meetings and room bookings, contacts, distribution lists, shared mailboxes and OneDrive or SharePoint content into Drive and shared drives. We also map your Microsoft groups onto Google Groups and rebuild any mail-flow rules so behaviour your team relies on carries over.

For most teams under a hundred users, one to two weeks from signed proposal to completed cutover. Larger organisations, or those carrying many years of archived mail, usually run three to four weeks because the background sync takes longer — not because the work is harder. You will get a dated plan up front, and we do not move the date without telling you well in advance.

Your named account manager stays on the account. You get 24/7 access to our support desk for anything Workspace-related, live onboarding sessions for staff, and quarterly reviews covering licence utilisation, security posture, deliverability reports and any Google product changes that affect you. Adding or removing seats mid-term is a message to your account manager, not a support ticket.
